FAQs

When will I receive my order?

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of receipt Monday through Thursday. If an order from our Same Day Shipping section is submitted by 2pm ET we will ship it out to your recipient that day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are typically shipped the following Monday to ensure quality and freshness of products upon arrival. We ship via UPS but reserve the right to choose a different carrier when necessary. To get an approximate date of delivery for Ground shipping, visit this link https://www.ups.com/maps/ and enter zip code 11803 in the box, then click Submit. Determine your location on the map and check the Transit Days chart. Please remember to add an extra day for processing. We are unable to guarantee an actual shipping date due to unforeseen weather and delivery carrier issues. If you need a gift by a certain date, please order early or select an expedited shipping option at check out.

Do you ship to colleges and universities?

Yes, we do. Please alert the recipient to expect your package. Most schools direct packages to be delivered to the Campus Mail Room even if it has an exact address on it which can result in a delayed delivery. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered on time but not picked up by the recipient in a timely manner. We are also not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please check the address carefully. If you are not able to enter the entire address into our form, send us an email immediately after placing the order with the order confirmation number and the full address of the recipient.

Do you ship to hospitals or hotels?

No, as a matter of policy, we do not. Patients and hotel guests may be discharged or be moved between units or rooms prior to the arrival of your package. It is best to ship to the recipient’s home address or to a nearby family member’s home. We will not be responsible for packages delivered to hospitals or hotels.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not. We ship to locations within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Orders must have a street address.

Do you offer custom printed ribbon?

Yes, we do! We can print a custom message or logo and incorporate it into your gift design for an additional fee. Printed ribbon is available for most of our products and can be found on the product pages. We can also print rolls of ribbon which are available in various widths and colors. Please call us at 516-200-5160 to discuss your ribbon needs.

Do you ship chocolate in the warmer months?

Yes, we do. During the warmer spring and summer months (April-September) any gift baskets containing chocolate must be shipped with ice packs and delivered via overnight, express delivery. Additional shipping and handling charges will be applied to your order. No exceptions can be made to this policy. If you prefer, please select a gift that does not contain items that may melt during the warmer months. Or, at your request, we will substitute chocolate items for others of the same value.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we do. Gift certificates may be purchased in any amount starting at $25. They make the perfect gift and are sent to your recipient via email. They will receive a gift certificate number that they can use on our site during the checkout phase. Gift certificates are redeemable for up to one year from their issue date. Kindly enter the recipient’s email address so we may notify them of your generous gift. This is an e-certificate and nothing will be shipped. To purchase a gift certificate please click here.

Do the baskets look like their photos?

Whenever possible, the gift you order will contain what is represented in our photos and descriptions. For shipping efficiency, gifts may be packed tighter than what you see in the photos. Unless a specific request is made, bow designs and colors are up to our discretion. We reserve the right to substitute any items of equal or greater value if necessary.

Can I order multiple baskets on your site?

Yes. Orders for multiple items can be placed on our website. Please note that shipping charges are calculated per basket or tower ordered and cannot be combined. Each basket or tower will arrive in its own box. If buying items that are not part of a basket or tower, these may be shipped together to reduce shipping charges. When shipping to multiple addresses, a new order must be started for each item.

Are your food products kosher?

Some of the products we carry are certified Kosher. We will note in the description if an item is certified as Kosher Parve or Kosher Dairy.

Do your products and assortments have nuts?

Yes, many of our assortments do include nuts and some products have been produced in facilities that may have come in contact with nuts. If the gift recipient has a nut allergy, please select products from the Nut-Free section of our website. (coming soon) Those items are 100% peanut and tree nut free and are safe for someone with those allergies.

What is your policy for damaged products?

If a product arrives damaged or with items missing, please notify us within 5 days. We will gladly send you a replacement as soon as possible. “Missing” items may have been substituted and thus will not warrant a replacement. Please check carefully before contacting us.

What is your return policy?

If a shelf-stable item purchase is returned to us new and in original packaging within 7 days of delivery, we will refund your order total less our costs for shipping and handling. Perishable items are not returnable and are non-refundable.

A $15 fee will be charged for any package returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address.
